This 75 minute class is not just a physical practice, but will inspire a true mind- body connection. Through Breath Work, Gentle Yoga Flow, Meditation and Group Sharing you will learn to know and appreciate your body in new ways. I have developed this 5 week class to incorporate themes of body-acceptance and self-compassion for women. This journey will help build your peace of mind, the ability to live in the moment and have patience with yourself and others on and off the mat. There is no experience necessary to take this class. It is encouraged to buy the full series, for a discounted cost, as one class will build on the next, however drop-in’s are also available. Variations will be given to accommodate all levels. Every body, size and shape is welcome. Mats and props will be provided. Water is available onsite. Please dress comfortably in clothes you are comfortable moving in.
