I spent 20 years striving for an unattainable version of body perfection.  I made it my career to abandon myself and follow someone else’s ideal of beauty.  I put my health and mental wellness aside to achieve body image results which were not only dangerous, but also fleeting.  When I decided to retire from the entertainment industry, I transitioned to the beauty industry.  I can tell you all about the sleazy sales techniques that are designed to pinpoint your flaws- because I was knee deep in that smut.  It wasn’t until I really began to respect myself and look for true healing that I realized the relationship with my body was more than skin-deep.


I made so many mistakes along the way, losing both money & opportunities.  I lived in chaos; never having enough resources, choosing terrible relationships, and hating my body, no matter what size it was.


Despite how hopeless I felt, I knew there had to be something better. I knew that truly loving my body would have to come from within, and the key to feeling better about Jessica was to get to know her wholeheartedly.

  • Every two weeks for 20 weeks, a new module will be loaded into your online portal.

What if I can’t do the Yoga?


Chances are, your lack of yoga skills is less about your ability and more about having a class that’s tailored to your needs.  It’s cool to do a headstand, but if you are literally just breathing with intention, you are doing yoga!   I have added tons of pose variations using props and everyday terminology so that the practice works for all levels.  All bodies.  All abilities.  All are welcome.
