Yoga for Body Confidence
This 75 minute class is not just a physical practice, but will inspire a true mind- body connection. Through Breath Work, Gentle Yoga Flow, Meditation and Group Sharing you will learn to know and appreciate your body in new ways. I have developed this 7 week class to incorporate themes of body-acceptance and self-compassion for women. This journey will help build your peace of mind, the ablity to live in the moment and have patience with yourself and others. There is no expierence necessary to take this class. It is encouraged to buy the full series, for a discounted cost, as one class will build on the next, however drop-in’s are also available. Motifications will be given to accomodate all levels. Every body, size and shape is welcome. Mats and props will be provided. Water is available onsite. Please dress comfortably in clothes you are comfortable moving in.

This 75 minute class will explore themes of body confidence, acceptance and self love through circle time, Yoga flow, meditation and breathing exercises. No yoga experience necessary and every BODY is welcome.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear clothes you are comfortable stretching in.
This class will be taught by Partner Jessica Van Valkenburgh. She is currently completing her Pre and Post Natal Yoga Certification so this class will be offered for free, but you may make a cash donation to the She Hive. There will be a short evaluation to complete once the class is over.

Women's Bodies and Culture, A Brazenly Body Confidence Workshop
This two hour workshop is a in depth look at Women’s Bodies and the way they have been portrayed in Culture through-out time, and how to change the narrative. This empowering class led by SheHive Keyholder and Body Confidence Coach, Jessica Van Valkenburgh, explores the relationship we have with influences from stereotypes, our families, Hollywood and Social Media. We will work to re-program negative self talk and understand true Body Confidence.
