My Pregnancy Journey
For many years, I have worked on learning to love and appreciate my body, however nothing has truly transformed the relationship I have with my body, quite like the journey of pregnancy.
Pregnancy allowed me to be in awe of by body. Feeling the flicker of life inside of me, not only gave me a mighty sense of gratitude, but also wonder and appreciation of the wisdom of my body. I didn’t know how to be a mother, but my body did. My body knew how to create a life and share this home for two.
I can’t think of a more empowering stage of life for women. I want to support Mommies both on their journey of Pregnancy and Post-Partnum to know and love their bodies.
Pre and Post Natal Yoga
Pre-Natal Yoga is a low impact Yoga class which is designed to support a healthy pregnancy. This 75 mintue class focuses on themes of strength, flexibility, meditation and mental wellness.

Tea for Two: Baby and Me Dance Class
What is the best way to quiet a fussy baby? Dance with them. This class was created by me first hand while trying to dance my daughter to sleep.
In this interactive hour, your baby will be worn on you, while you are guided through a variety of dance styles and themes from Broadway to Hula. This class is a great way to exercise, encourage your babies development and connect through movement.
